Vegan Hot Pockets

  These were so delicious and they made enough for us to have them again for lunch tomorrow.  Fill with your favorite toppings.  We used Daiya Mozzarella, Baby Portabello Mushrooms, Sliced Jalapenos, and Yves Meatless Pepperoni. Tofu Bacon

This is a really tasty recipe for Tofu Bacon.  William loves it when we get to make BLTs so I tried this new recipe for him.  I have done Tempeh bacon before which is delicious, but I think I like this one better...
