So, I know I posted about Kale Chips once before, but this is an alternative recipe for making them that is faster and easier.  Kale is so very good for you so make these for a snack or a side to go with your lunch. Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, lutein, zeaxanthin, and reasonably rich in calcium. Bare Cabinets Soup

Veggie Soup with Seitan

Sunday Funday Quiche

I had never tried these before and now that I have I am addicted.  These crunchy little treats melt in your mouth.  This is the best guilt-free treat I can think of.
