Who isn’t in the mood for a big plate of homemade biscuits and vegan sausage gravy on a Saturday morning? We had a few glasses of wine last night and mild hangovers this morning. This dish definitely hit the spot.

This breakfast/brunch was fantastic. This by far has been my favorite biscuit recipe. It has to be the tofutti "cream cheese."More things in the world should come with gravy
Made this one again this morning. So good. I just love the vegan sausage patties in the gravy. You can always use store bought ones, but I think these are so much tastier and they don’t have any weird preservatives in them.
