Hi there….I just made an ice cream sundae for myself and my daughter. We have just become vegan and are discovering a whole new world of exciting home made alternatives to shop bought and ready made sauces and dressings. This chocolate sauce is amazing!!! Who would of guessed just by mixing cocao powder with water would produce such a delicious, rich and very satisfying chocolate sauce. (I only used 1/4 cup of sugar and it was perfect!) I filled a bowl with soya icecream (1 choc and 1 vanilla scoop), banana and strawberries and topped it with hot chocolate sauce, a few walnut pieces and some roasted coconut flakes…..it was absolutely delicious!!!!!!!
