Hey Missy. I haven't met you yet but maybe I will at the reading on Sat. Night. I've been cooking vegan ever since I discovered the Fresh and Re-fresh cookbooks at the Fresh Restaurants in Toronto when we were visiting there. They're GREAT! My favorite is the Marakesh Stew and the Lager Chili. Have you heard of them? http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=fresh+cookbook&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=4390229295&ref=pd_sl_171ben1vz2_eGreat idea for a blog!
